Ypsilanti, MI – The Ypsilanti and Lincoln Consolidated school boards are moving toward a new era of cooperation. Washtenaw County, MI – Washtenaw County non-profits that receive funds allowing the county to offer human services will see their funds slashed by 20 percent as part of the county's effort to balance its budget. However, the non-profits may also benefit from a plan to combine the county's funds with money that the city of Ann Arbor and the U-S Department of Housing and Urban Development dedicate to similar efforts. Washtenaw County, MI – The Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners Ways and Means Committee has approved the first phase of budget solutions for the 2010 and 2011 fiscal years.
