Ann Arbor City Council will host a working session tonight.
Budget will be the main focus of the meeting. Groups, such as the Downtown Development Authority, will present their plans for the city's budget. It includes sidewalk repairs and parking improvements.
Council member SabraBriere from the first ward says it's essential for residents to attend these meetings.
"So easily, people think, 'Well, where did that idea come from?' And the answer is it came through the budget process."
The city's public services division will also be among those presenting their budget needs.
