Facebook Co-Creator Visits University of Michigan

The co-founder of the world's largest social networking site is speaking at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business today.

A co-founder of Facebook, Chris Hughes is the guest speaker of the Joseph Handleman Lecture Series at the Ross School of Business this afternoon.

Hughes is expected to speak about how the Silicon Valley approach has transformed business, government and society from his high profile position and as a digital thought leader.  

Hughes was a Harvard roommate of MarkZuckerberg during the early stages of Facebook.  His presentation will be Q&A style discussion moderated by Michigan Ross School of Business Dean Alison Davis-Blake, in which the audience can interact with him either in person or on Twitter using the hashtag #Umichtalks.  

It is scheduled to begin at 5:30 this afternoon.  It is free and open to the public.
