As you can imagine, there are many traditions during the holiday season that people take part in.  An  a cappella group from the University of Michigan is keeping one alive by caroling.  89.1 WEMU's Jorge Avellan has the story.

They're called Midnight Blue, and every year the group volunteers their time to carol around Washtenaw County.  The women sing favorites such as "Silent Night" and "O Holy Night."

They've become such a popular tradition that the group is now hired for private events.
