Ann Arbor's Percent for Art program to be cut in half.

Ann Arbor's Percent for Art program is once more facing a possible reduction in funding.  City council has approved first reading of a series of changes to the program, highlighted by a three-year reduction to a half percent for art.  Hear more from WEMU's Andrew Cluley.
