Nearly 35-percent of registered voters in Washtenaw County exersized their right on Tuesday. Voter turnout exceeded expectation and the county elections division was prepared. Still, no election passes without a slowdown, or two. Washtenaw County Clerk and Register of Deeds Larry Kestenbaum spoke with o WEMU's David Fair about turnout and the process of getting timely and accurate results.
