A large crowd is expected to gather this Saturday at Pioneer High School in Ann Arbor as part of a national movement called "March for Our Lives."

Students, parents, and members of the community will once again gather to demand better gun control laws in the country.

Eastern Michigan University student Kennedy Dixon is the lead organizer for the event.  She says voter registration will be available at the rally that will kick off at 11 AM.

"Our voices are heard by voting. Voting is very important. People, if you're able to, you need to vote, and that's a big part of the cause as well--electing representatives and governors and politicians to represent what you believe in."

The WashtenawCounty chapter of "Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America" is also helping with the event.
