What's Next For Former Ypsilanti School Superintendent Ben Edmondson

Edmondson

Former Ypsilanti school superintendent Dr. Benjamin Edmondson announced on WEMU that he has taken a new position not far from his old job.

Effective October 1st, he is the executive vice president of High Scope Educational Research Foundation in Ypsilanti.

Edmondson says the new position will allow him to continue his passion for education, beginning at an even earlier age than he had been dealing with before.  Dr. Edmondson revealed he had cited some research done at High Scope when he wrote his doctoral dissertation in 2004, not knowing he would some day work there.

Dr. Edmondson says it feels great to continue to serve the families of Ypsilanti working for an organization that shares research and information in countries all over the world.
