The Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office hopes someone who witnessed a deadly crash in Ypsilanti Township Wednesday will come forward to help investigators piece together what happened.
The crash happened around 6:10 Wednesday evening on Hewitt near Valley when one vehicle crossed the center line and hit an oncoming vehicle head-on. The driver of the car that crossed the line was killed.
Investigators believe there was another car that wasn't involved in the crash traveling on Hewitt in the same area at the same time. Anyone with information on the crash is asked to contact Traffic Services at (734) 260-1982.
