The National Kidney Foundation of Michigan (NKFM) is hosting the Powerful Tools for Caregivers health series in Ann Arbor for the caregivers of people living with chronic diseases. The six-week program, offered at no cost to participants, provides caregivers with tools and coping strategies to manage long-term health challenges. The Information Session is Thursday, August 15, 2019 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Six weekly sessions follow on Thursday, August 22 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and continue at the same time and place every Thursday through September 26.
