Two journalists are killed after U.S. forces fire on their hotel in Baghdad. Pentagon officials say the Army's 3rd Infantry Division targeted the Palestine Hotel, the base for most of the foreign media in the Iraqi capital, in response to sniper fire from the hotel's rooftop.
