The city of Ann Arbor is letting residents get a first hand look at where their water comes from.

It's holding an open house tomorrow for Ann Arbor's Water Treatment Plant from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Brian Steglitz is the plant's manager.  He says they'll be offering tours of the facilities and showing people the equipment they use.

"And we'll just be able to sort of generally describe what we do to keep the water safe for our customers."

Steglitz says the city's facilities can process as much as 50 million gallons of water a day.
