Call it arson.  That’s the conclusion of an investigation into the fire at the St. Vincent de Paul thrift store back in May.  There is now a cash reward for information that helps solve the crime.

Ann Arbor Police are offering $3,000 cash for information leading to the arrest and conviction of whomever set the fore on May 8th at the Broadway Street store.

Ann Arbor Police Detective Lieutenant Matthew Lige:

"It is arson, and we're asking for any help the public can give us regarding who may be responsible for setting this fire."

The 1800’s-era building sustained significant interior damage.  Lige says estimates show it will cost about $350,000 dollars to make the necessary repairs.
