WonderFool Productions is excited to be partnering with the Ypsilanti community to create ypsiGLOW2020, a light-filled,community-built celebration culminating on Friday, October 23, 2020 from 7 to 9 PM. In its fifth year of creating magic and wonder, ypsiGLOW 2020 is reimagined with an array of FREE public art experiences for people of all ages and corners of the community to enjoy in town or at home.
This year's plans are designed with social distancing, timing and dispersed locations, options for on the ground, and at-home experiences, and masks required for safe GLOWing for all.
New this year is the premiere of GLOW TV, an online, virtual program featuring creative video experiences and performances created by local artists and Ypsi youth.
Eastern Michigan University is joining the GLOWing fun and inviting students and community to ypsiGLOW at EMU Movies Night, a drive-in movie in the Convocation Center parking lot. EMU is planning a fun night for moviegoers with GLOWing swag, food, and surprises. The social-distanced fun starts at 7 p.m. Friday, October 23rd with GLOW TV opening for the featured movie, “Grease.”
