As the situation with the spread of the Coronvirus intensifies so do the emotions and psychological challenges of coping at a time like this.
In light of that, WEMU's Lisa Barry will host a LIVE one hour show Monday March 30th at 6pm with two local professionals who can help you process some of the emotions you may be dealing with and offer tools to better cope.
Lisa will be joined by Ann Arbor psychologist Dr. Robert Pasick and Michigan Medicine physician and co-founder of Ann Arbor Open Meditation Dr. Frank Anderson.
They will be ready to answer any questions you may have from getting the sleep you need to how meditation may be more beneficial than ever at a time like this.
