Ypslanti, MI – A new training center at Washtenaw Community College will let plumbers and pipefitters receive training on the most up-to-date equipment.
The United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices yesterday unveiled the Great Lakes Regional Training Center.
The new facility includes classrooms designed for specialized training, as well as distance learning classes.
The unveiling came during the annual U-A instructor training program for plumbers and pipefitters throughout North America. This is the 14th straight year the training program has been held at Washtenaw Community College.
