How would you like to help jump start WEMU’s spring pledge drive and see a really great show too?

On April 18th This American Life host Ira Glass joins dancers Monica Bill Barnes and Anna Bass for “Three Acts, Two Dancers, One Radio Host”  a show that combines two art forms that, as Ira  puts it, “have no business being together: dance and radio.” One is all words and no visuals; the other is all visuals and no words. The result, Three Acts, Two Dancers, One Radio Host is a lively, funny, “talky” evening of stories and dance.  The show made its Midwest debut at the Ann Arbor Summer Festival two years ago and has been a hit across the country ever since.

We have five pairs of tickets for the show which is at 8:00 p.m. at the Wharton Center in East Lansing Saturday,  April 18th.  One of them can be yours for a gift of $150online or by calling 734-487-2229.  Once they’re gone, they’re gone so don’t delay! Give now – thank you.
