Ypsilanti Teachers Reach Tentative Contract

By Andrew Cluley

Ypsilanti, MI – Ypsilanti Public Schools and the union representing the district's teachers have reached tentative agreement on a new two-year contract. Details are not being released until the teachers' union and the district's school board are formally notified.
District Superintendent David Zuhlke says he expects teachers and the school board to ratify the new agreement on August 25th, just two days before the start of the new school year.
