This week, "Art and Soul" is about the culinary arts.  WEMU's Lisa Barry and Jessica Webster talk to one of the partners and managers at the new Bobcat Bonnie's restaurant in Ypsilanti, Brittney Gryzwa.  She describes the restaurant as having "good food, a fun environment at a fair price."

Lisa and Jessica also talk about traditional holiday food, as well as new Christmas dinner traditions.

Another holiday season has come and gone, which means vacations, New Year's resolutions, and holiday waste.  So, as the waste piles up, what are the most environmentally friendly means of disposal?  In this week's "Issues of the Environment," WEMU's David Fair gets some trash-removing tips from Angela Porta, who is the outreach and zero waste coordinator for Recycle Ann Arbor.
