Ann Arbor, MI – Ann Arbor's city council has approved a 100-thousand dollar design contract for the renovation and expansion of the city's Farmers Market.
Council voted ten to one Monday night in favor of the contract with Beckett and Raeder.
The design work and renovation are expected to cost a total of about a million dollars, to be paid for from the market fund, the downtown development authority, and the park rehabilitation and development millage.
