Ann Arbor City Council Delays Decision on Shortening Meetings

Ann Arbor City Council has put off a decision on proposed rule changes aimed at shortening the length of its meetings.

As WEMU's Andrew Cluley reports, a couple of vacationing council members forced the delay.
