The Washtenaw County Commissioners have passed a resolution setting the priorities they want used in the development of future budgets. As WEMU's Andrew Cluley reports, County Commissioners contend it's part of a new approach to better connect budgeting with desired outcomes.
The priorities: Ensure a community safety net, increase economic opportunity, ensure mobility, and reduce environmental impact.
