Ann Arbor sure likes it's parties and another big one is on tap tonight. As 89-One WEMU's Andrew Cluley reports, a local restaurant is sponsoring a Cinco De Mayo Block Party downtown.
It is Cinco De Mayo today, and a local restaurant has big plans to mark the ocassion.
Tio's Mexican Cafe in Ann Arbor is holding a block party beginning at five this evening.
Jesse Seaver is the Manager at Tios. She says there will be live music, giveaways and plenty of food.
Because of the party, Liberty will be closed to traffic between Division and Thompson Streets from 5pm to 2am.
