Others, like Margery Dosey of the Friends of Peninsular Park, want the dam repaired and preserved. Both Gibbons and Dosey present their arguments in this week's "On the Ground-Ypsi" with WEMU's Patrick Campion and Concentrate Media's Sarah Rigg.
