Budget and student enrollment are among the topics that are expected to be discussed during Eastern Michigan University's State of the University Address on Tuesday. EMU spokesperson Geoff Larcom says members of the public are encouraged to attend President James Smith's address that will start at 4pm at the Student Center Auditorium.
Tickets are not required to attend the event.
