Ann Arbor, MI – Ann Arbor's city council has approved the 2011 fiscal year city budget. Council made several amendments to avoid police department layoffs, to reduce or eliminate fire department layoffs, and to maintain existing levels of human services funding. Hear more from WEMU's Andrew Cluley.
