Ann Arbor, MI – The Ann Arbor school district is recalling all teachers that faced layoffs, thanks in large part to concessions given by the teachers' union in a unique contract agreement. The school board approved the contract Wednesday night, and voted to rescind all layoff notices. Hear more from WEMU's Andrew Cluley.
