Ann Arbor, MI – Ann Arbor city council has approved a contract change to pay Recycle Ann Arbor more for curbside recycling collection. But as WEMU's Andrew Cluley reportes, council postponed a decision on whether to terminate a contract for the Recycle Bank program that offers families rewards for recycling.
