Plans to Change Funding for Public Art in Ann Arbor Move Forward

Ann Arbor City Council is moving forward with plans to eliminate the "Percent for Art" program. As WEMU's Andrew Cluley reports, council is also encouraging more public funding for art projects.

Like many, I first came to this area when I started school at the University of Michigan, then fell in love with the community and haven’t left.
