Public Hearing on Proposed Washtenaw County $345 million Bond Sale Draws Minimal Public Input

Washtenaw County Commissioners are considering a proposal to sell up to $345 million dollars in bonds to cover unfunded pension and retiree health care costs. AS WEMU's Andrew Cluley reports, the Commission held a public hearing on the issue Wednesday night, but less than a handful of people turned out to offer input.
