Documentary Explores Small Town Race Relations

Pullitzer Prize-winning photo journalist and documentary director David Turnley and actor Danny Glover will lead a panel discussion on race relations Wednesday night at the Michigan Theater in Ann Arbor.  The discussion will follow a special screening of Turnley's documentary "Shenandoah", which examines the horrific outcomes of racial hatred in the small coal mining town of Shenandoah, Pennsylvania.  WEMU's David Fair spoke with director David Turnley about the film.
