Several attempts to recall Governor Rick Snyder continue to move forward as the Flint water crisis also continues to unfold.

Experts say the governor could consider resigning if it becomes apparent that a recall will go through.  Among them is RichardStahler-Sholk, political science professor at Eastern Michigan University.  Lieutenant Governor BrianCalley would take over if Snyder resigns.

Snyder has agreed to testify on the Flint water crisis.
