If you plan to vote in the May 3rd election in Washtenaw County, you have until today to register.

There will be two proposals to vote on.  The first one is to increase a special education millage for the WashtenawIntermediate School District.  The other is to renew a millage to fund construction and repairs projects for the Chelsea School District

Ed Golembiewski, director of elections for Washtenaw County, says you have options to register.

"First and foremost would be at your city or township clerk's office, or the county clerk's office, or at a Michigan Secretary of State branch."

Voter turnout is expected to be 10%.
