Washtenaw County Issues Order To Help Protect Essential Workers

The Washtenaw County Health Departmenthas issued an order to protect essential workers during the COVID-19 crisis.  WEMU's Jorge Avellan has the story.

The order requires essential service providers and businesses to screen everyone, including employees, for fever or other symptoms if they will enter facilities or buildings, and to continue maintaining a distance of six feet between people whenever possible, as well as emphasizing the need to wash your hands and to avoid sharing equipment is possible. 

The order goes into effect March 26 at 6PM.
