Stress!  One of the largest public health problems that we have.

Because it's National Stress Awareness Day, 89.1 WEMU’s Lisa Barry spoke with Dr. Elissa Patterson, who practices and teaches clinical psychology at the University of Michigan Hospital, also known as Michigan Medicine, about how stress can affect us.

Elissa Patterson, Ph.D. is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan Department of Psychiatry.
