WEMU’s Lisa Barry is joined by Dr. Theresa Reid to talk about the aging process and how to make it as easy and pleasant as possible.
Dr. Theresa Reid, who hosts and executive produces the TV show and podcast "Aging for Life," will join Lisa Barry to discuss how aging can be a wonderful thing. In the months to come, they'll talk about everything from ageism to living independently in one's later years to how aging leads to being more content.
