Retirement used to be an automatic part of the aging process.  You turn 65, your days of working 9 to 5 are over.  But then what happens?  On this edition of "Modern Aging," WEMU's Lisa Barry and Dr. Theresa Reid talk about how to plan the next phase of your life and what to think about while doing that.

Dr. Reid shares some resources to help people think about what they would like their post-work life to look like.  She says thinking about retiring can begin ten years before you even approach retirement age, traditionally around the age of 65.  She says there's a couple of new terms for it, including "refirement."
