This week, Michigan's stay-at-home restrictions will be lifted, which will allow restaurants, salons, summer camps, and other specialty businesses to reopen.  Yet, a second wave of coronavirus infections remains a possibility.  WEMU's David Fair speaks to Washtenaw County Health spokesperson Susan Cerniglia about how the county plans to address such concerns.
