The Ann Arbor District Library is now offering contactless lobby pickup service.
Patrons can reserve materials such as books and movies on the library’s website and schedule a pickup date at any branch. Josie Parker is the library director and says the service is being offered seven days a week from noon to 8 pm with virtual assistance.
Josie Parker: There is a monitor in every lobby with a staff person present the entire time we’re open able to help people in real time while they’re in the lobby.
Library materials can also be reserved over the phone for the contactless pickup service.
