Washtenaw County health officials are looking into some health complaints from residents who said they shopped at local stores where a man was allegedly contaminating unpackaged food.

I spoke with KristenSchweighoefer, the Environmental Health Director for Washtenaw County Health.

It's believed the man was putting a combination of alcohol-based hand sanitizer, water, and mouse poison on fresh food at 3 different stores including the Whole Foods Market on Eisenhower Parkway, theMeijer on Ann Arbor-Saline Road, and aPlum Market on North Maple Road.
