Rick Coughlin and his two partners, Breck Crandell and Eric Friebel, developed the concept of Grove Studiosback in 2016 as a business to offer furnished rehearsal and work spaces to creative people - particularly musicians.
As with many startup businesses, the Grove Studios partners have had to adjust their business plan concept along the way.
