At the start of 2020, Eastern Michigan University was financially well-positioned.  The coronavirus outbreak has turned that upside down, forcing pay cuts and evaluation of everything, from construction projects to class size and configuration.  EMU President Dr. James Smith joined WEMU's David Fair to discuss uncertainty on campus and in higher education.
