Alternative Court Funding in Washtenaw County Under Consideration

The Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners is considering a change in the manner it funds the court system. As WEMU's Andrew Cluley reports, the proposal is causing concern among some on the board that the change will cause disagreements with the courts.
