Search for Illicit Iraq Weapons Program Elusive

U.S. investigators say that trailers found in Iraq likely served as laboratories for producing biological weapons. While it's the best indication so far that Saddam Hussein's regime was producing illegal weapons, there is no solid proof. U.S. weapons experts admit being frustrated. NPR's Tom Gjelten reports.
