The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year and has deep spiritual significance in many cultures. It’s also why June 21 was chosen as the International Day of Yoga — a day to honor balance, renewal, and the power of collective energy. We’ll gather at the beautiful Ypsilanti Freighthouse for an all-levels Hatha Yoga class led by Sarah Richards, designed to help you stretch, breathe, and feel connected — to yourself and your community.
