Phil Ogilvie’s Rhythm Kings take the stage at Ann Arbor’s Zal Gaz Grotto for the Sunday Evening Rhythm Club, when the gang will romp through a cornucopia of classics from their huge library, as well as some newer additions. This local 10-piece big band led by trumpeter/cornetist Chris Smith specializes in the big band music of the late 1920s and early 1930s associated with Jelly Roll Morton and King Oliver. Great for listening and dancing. Full bar available.
