President Donald Trump issued preemptive pardons Monday to 16 state Republicans who tried to pass themselves as presidential electors following the 2020 election when the Democratic ticket carried Michigan. We have more from Rick Pluta.

Governor Gretchen Whitmer says President Donald Trump would break a promise he made to her if he pardons two men who were convicted of conspiring to kidnap her.
