The University of Michigan has parted ways with men’s hockey coach Mel Pearson following an independent investigation into complaints of misconduct within the program. WEMU's Josh Hakala has more.

According to a report obtained by MLive, University of Michigan hockey coach Mel Pearson and U-M Director of Hockey Operations Rick Bancroft are accused of, among other things, “creating a toxic work environment for female support staff” and retaliating against players and staff who spoke out against them.
