Ann Arbor Council Moves to Cut DDA Revenue

Ann Arbor's city council has approved the first reading of proposed ordinance amendments that will impact the Downtown Development Authority.  Council voted 7 to 3 Monday night to send the amendments to a second reading.  Hear more from
