A long-time Ann Arbor City Council member is facing a challenge from a candidate running for a seat for a third time in Ann Arbor's 4th ward.

WEMU's Andrew Cluley has more on tomorrow's democratic primary election between incumbent Marcia Higgins and challenger Jack Eaton.
